Liz Vassey began her acting profession when she was just nine years old. She has since appeared in over fifty musicals and plays. Her most notable character is that of Wendy Simms, a DNA tech on the television show CSI: Crime Scene Investigation. She played the character for five years. Liz is also famous for her role in movies and pilots. She has guest-starred in numerous television shows. Liz's professional life is not just in acting but also as a writer. In her last season of CSI She was the co-writer of the show's final episode. Since then the show has been sold to six television pilots and one TV movie which are currently in development for NBC Freeform Universal Netflix and The CW among other networks as well as studios. Liz who was a lifelong athlete, made her directorial debut this past year by directing The Human Race. The film concentrates on runners older than fifty. Liz Emmerichs as well as her husband David Emmerichs live in Hollywood in California. They share a family that is comprised of numerous animals, as well as their children. In film and television, Swallow has been on both sides of the law as a detective on Ringer as well as a detective's wife in Southland a bounty hunter on the CBS pilot The Odds a bank robber on Medium and an American RV-traveling hooker on The Lucky Ones. Swallow was also an emermaid female in Flight of the Conchords.
